DocuSense was an office equipment dealer based in West Chester, Pennsylvania. In December 2019, Fraser Advanced Information Systems acquired DocuSense, adding to our expanding footprint in the Delaware Valley. DocuSense built its legacy on excellent service and outstanding equipment for more than 30 years, serving customers across Pennsylvania.
The acquisition of DocuSense brings new options and expanded services to these customers. These options include copiers, printers and MFPs from Sharp, Canon, Lexmark, HP, KIP and Muratec. We also offer various services, including office telephone systems, VoIP, managed IT services, digital and smart displays, video conferencing and more. DocuSense customers will continue to receive the same outstanding customer experiences that they have enjoyed in the past.

Our technician as onsite within a HALF HOUR of our email request for service. He was very thorough in explaining the causes of the error message and suggested creating a log of the instances should the problem arise in the future.
I don’t normally give all 10s on these surveys, but I have no choice here, since everyone deserves it. I already have my toner. My questions were all answered and when I was wondering if I should order toner now or wait, the representative didn’t push me to order, she just helped me decide.
