e-Suite – The Solution for Document Management
Imageze e-Suite provides the tools to achieve greater efficiencies from your office staff by automating document management. No longer will staff members have to file documents in filing cabinets. When a customer calls, staff will never have to get up to find the supporting documents. In fact, e-Suite can empower your clients to look at documents related to them over the web.

e-Scan – Scan Tool
Made specifically for stand-alone scanners, e-Scan controls your scanner. It allows you to have multiple profiles. Each profile describes the scanner settings controlling how the documents are scanned and where and in what formats the resulting images are stored.

e-Enhance – Image Enhancement
e-Enhance takes document images from scanners and multifunction devices, cleans and processes them. e-Enhance deskews, despeckles, crops and sharpens the images. It removes blank pages and color background. It compresses the images and outputs them in one of several formats.

The system also allows endorsements and splitting of batches into separate files. If you have security requirements, e-Enhance will encrypt the images.

e-Retrieve – Document Retrieval
e-Retrieve is a simple but powerful web based document search and retrieval software. Search criteria, either key words or documents attributes, are entered. e-Retrieve searches the repository of documents created by e-Index and returns a list of all matching documents that the user has permission to view. The user clicks on the ones the want to view and they are displayed. Certain data can be redacted, such as social security numbers based on the users privileges. Once a document is displayed, the user can annotate it. The user can also print, fax, e-mail or copy it off to a CD/DVD. The original document always remains secure in the document repository.

e-Index – Document Indexing
The e-Index offers full document archiving capabilities in a web based product. e-Index has advanced features such as OCR, redaction, multiple levels of document storage, sophisticated document security features and a complete audit trail.

Despite the sophistication of the system, it is simple to use. User access the system via web browser.

An administrator sets up profiles. Each profile describes the attributes the document will be indexed by and security for the document. The documents can be manually indexed or automatically indexed using OCR barcodes. The indexed documents are stored in either Microsoft SQL or SQL Express tables for retrieval with e-Retrieve.
