Meter Reading Instructions

SHARP MODELS:

AR-150, 151, 155, 160, 161, 162S, 163, 164, 200, 201, 205, 207: Hold down the “0” button.
AR-168, 168S, 208S/208D : Menu key, arrow RIGHT to total copy and hit ENTER for the total count.
AR-M160, M162, M207, M208N, M235, M237, M275, M277, M280, M350, P350, M355, M450, and M455: Hold down the button that says “COPY” and give total count.
AR-250, 280, 281, 285, 286, 287, 335, 336, 377, 405, 505, and 507:Program, Interrupt, Clear, Interrupt, 22, Start, 1, Start.  Take counter data display total.
AR-350, 450P: Hit menu 3 times, customer settings, press “OK”
AR-BC260, 260M, 320: Custom settings, total count, & print.  Counts needed: Copies F. Color, Copies S. Color, Copies B/W, Prints F. Color, Prints B/W, Others B/W. If they have the following:  Faxes Rec’d B/W. Faxes Rec’d Color.
MX Series – Black and white machines – hold down button that says “COPY”, give total count.
MX Series – Color Machines – System settings, Total Count, Job Count.  Give total BLACK AND WHITE and total FULL COLOR

CANON MODELS:

IR-1310, 1330, 1610, 1630, 1670: Additional function, right arrow to count, set/enter for the total
BLACK AND WHITE: IR-105, 1100, 1125, 1135, 2016, 2018, 2020, 2030, 2200, 2220,  2230, 2270, 2525, 2530, 2800, 2830, 2870, 3025, 3225, 3230, 3300, 3320, 3370, 4570, 5000, 5050, 5065, 5070, 5075, 5570, 6000, 7200, 8500, 9070: Press counter check button, list 102 meter.       If no 102 meter, list 101 & 103 counts
IR-330, 550, 600: Open door, counters (3) inside, highest meter needed.
COLOR - IR-2880, 3080, 3380, 3480, 4080, 4580, 5180, 5185, C3200, 3220, 5000, 6800: Press counter check, give 106 & 109 meters, or 105 and 108 meters
IR-C5030, 5035, 5051, 5054, 7055, 7065, 9065, 9075: Hold down the button on the side with “123” above it and give the 106 and 109 totals.
CLC-1120, 1180, 4000, 5000: Open door, Upper left odometers, take the Total and Total black meters.

MURATEC MODELS:

F116: Press menu until reports show ups, right arrow until configuration page shows up, hit OK.  Press OK when Yes appears to confirm printing.  Print out report and fax page to us.
MFX-1200, 1300, 1600: Program, *, 9, enter, far left, lift flap, 05/E for pages printed.
MFX -1330, 1330D: Menu, 2,1,1,1, enter          MFX 1700: Hold down the copy button.
MFX-525, 565, 1430, 1450, 2030. 2350: Setting key, counter, total pages printed.
MFX 2550: Press MFP button, machine info, give page count.
MFX 2830, 2880: Settings Key, *, 0, 9, Life Monitor, List Print Pages
MFX4550: On touch screen: Machine set up, machine status, machine info tab, print report, scroll to counter info (right side) highlight, print, TOTAL IMPRESSIONS IS THE METER.

KIP MODELS:

6052: (Odometer in back on right side) 5064, 6054: (Odometer in back on left side)
1880: Directly behind the front panel of the printer where the paper is loaded.
8000, 8120: Use “A” count (will be the smaller number)                   2011: Right side, near on/off switch
