Specifically engineered to deliver maximum value at minimal
cost, the CLC 4000 combined with ColorPASS-Z6000 offers print-for-pays,
corporate reproduction departments, and graphic designers
improved handling of heavy media, greater color consistency,
and for the first time advanced color control tools including
Spot On, Unlimited Separations, and Auto Trapping with the optional Fiery Graphic
Arts Package.
Additional ColorPASS connectivity functionality includes
real time job tracking, mixed media output sets, scale
to fit imaging, and an enhanced Command WorkStation 4.1
or new LE 4.0 version for Macintosh. Variable Data Printing
is also supported through Fiery's FreeForm 2 as well as
PPML.
With a 4,850-sheet maximum paper capacity for extended
print runs, the CLC 4000 sports a new 3,500-sheet Side
Paper Deck-R1 that, through Canon's Air Assist technology,
supports media up to 253 gsm as large as 12" x 18".
Professional finishing options include the Nagel Finisher
for inline creation of saddle-stitched and trimmed booklets
and the High-capacity TS-100 for easy transfer to offline
finishing devices.
