Reporting accurate meter reads is extremely important so that you are accurately billed and not overcharged for your copier usage. To report your monthly meter read, you will need to do the following:
1. Provide company name
2. Provide the equipment ID number/serial number on copier
3. List the total black & white count or, if it’s a color machine, list the total black & white and color amounts.
